A big thank you to everyone who came out to listen to Wheeling Mayor Andy McKenzie speak to our young professionals group Tuesday, July 22 at Generations on National Road in Wheeling.

And of course, many thank yous to Mayor McKenzie for being so generous with his time in speaking with our group and responding to our questions openly and candidly.

We'd also like to thank The State Journal, which wrote a recap of our young professionals event with the Wheeling, WV mayor.

After half an hour for the group to network among ourselves, Mayor McKenzie spoke to the group for about 30 minutes, discussing his plans and visions for Wheeling. He fielded questions ranging from economic development to the Wheeling Tunnels to even sidewalks.

We're going to try to post some event pictures here, but we're not sure how they came out with the lighting. If you took any pictures we can put up, please let us know.
