As we mentioned in our information about our very own Beer Tasting in Wheeling on September 19, Generation Morgantown is a fellow member of Generation West Virginia.

We're teaming together with these fine folks to hold joint beer tastings to benefit the WVU Children's Hospital. Hey - who said giving had to be painful?

Here are their details:

• Date & Time: Friday, September 5, 5:30 PM
• Where: West Virginia Brewing Company, the corner of Walnut Street and Beechurst Avenue, Morgantown
• What You Get: Live music, prizes.
• Cost: Goods for the WVU Children's Hospital or $5 admission

While they can always use stuffed animals, they get those quite a bit. They more often need sippy cups, onesies, socks, baby spoons, and kid band aids as many families find themselves far from home and don't think of these much needed baby/toddler items.

The Director of WVU Children's Hospital will be in person at the Morgantown event to say a special thank you to our two groups for what we are doing to help the kids at WVU Children's Hospital so we are hoping for a great turnout to what should be a great event!
