Thank you to everyone who came out to join As You Like It's Bob Bailey as he presented a second cooking class exclusively for OVConnect members and guests.
Bob showed some easy ways to cook up a dinner for guests this summer. He focused on showing us ways to season your favorite meats, prepare your veggies for kabobs, and make an easy fresh fruit salad. Dinner was chicken and steak kabobs with grilled vegetables and a fresh fruit salad. Wine, beer, pop, and snacks were available throughout the evening.
This event was meant to provide us with some easy and fast cooking ideas for our busy summer schedule. The following information provides more details on the evening.
The Deets:
Date: Wednesday, June 9, 2010, 6PM - 8PM
Location: 214 - 18th Street, Wheeling, WV
Crowd Size: 24 people. It's a hard cap like the NHL salary cap (so much for comparing it to the NFL). Once we get to 24 people paid, that's it.
Cost: $25 / Person for OVConnect members, $35 / Person for non-OVConnect members.
