Bill will present even more information this year in two specific areas: Professional (e.g. reading the body movements of a prospective client) and Social (e.g. what it means when your date has her or his feet pointed towards you when speaking). Through his 'edutainment', you'll be laughing so hard you won't realize how much you learned until the evening ends.
To give you an idea of what you should expect, here are some specific topics Bill adressed during last year's presentation:
- What a handshake tells you
- How to identify deception from both competent and incompetent liars
- The differences in peripheral vision between men and women
- How can you demonstrate your own personal authority without saying a word
- Understanding the basis of rapport building from listening behavior to conscious and subconscious nonverbal cues
